German law for private maritime security companies (PMSCs) / counter-piracy.
This four-day course is accepted by German BAFA as a necessary training within the meaning of sec. 31 of the German Trade and Industrial Code (§ 31 GewO) and the respective regulations. Mr. Karschau has travelled from Asia to Eastern and Central Europe for providing training for hundreds of operators from more than 20 nations who intend to guard German-flagged vessels. These guys not only partook the course – they enjoyed it.
Training on the Incoterms®2020
This one-day seminar enables the participants to use the Incoterms®2020 in a legally secure manner, drafting commercial contracts and applying the Incoterms®2020 in the daily business. Although still new a regulation, Mr Karschau already trained over a hundred persons, from logistics personnel over sales or insurance executives to legal specialists. In this course, his hallmark of using toys for explaining the most difficult subjects of transfer of risk etc. in an easy and understandable way really gets the job done.
